All shipments are fully insured for their value, including the cost of shipping. Unfortunately, FedEx has a history of rough handling with our packages, and about 1 in 50 boxes gets damaged or destroyed in transit. As a small business—not a massive operation like Amazon—we can’t afford the financial strain of repeatedly replacing damaged items caused by carrier mishandling.
Dimensional Weight Charges
Shipping companies calculate costs based on “dimensional weight,” which accounts for the space a package takes up on a truck or plane. Our larger items, such as 4×4 panels or ceiling clouds, often exceed the dimensional limits for standard shipping, leading to a significant increase in cost.
Delivery Confirmation
To prevent package theft, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. With theft rates at an all-time high, we cannot afford to replace stolen packages, and this extra precaution ensures your order reaches you securely.
Holiday Surcharges
Please note that FedEx and UPS increase their rates during the holiday season, which adds to the shipping costs for all orders.
