Refund / Return Policy

All of our products are made to order and cannot be returned. If a product is damaged in shipping, you have 24 hours from the date of delivery to contact us. You will be required to provide pictures/proof of shipping damage so that we can contact the shipping carrier and begin an insurance claim. No exceptions! By submitting your order, you agree to these terms.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR BOXES IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY, BEFORE OPENING THEM! ALSO, DO NOT OPEN YOUR BOXES WITH A KNIFE OR SHARP OBJECT OF ANY KIND. NO RETURNS WILL BE ALLOWED AS A RESULT OF IMPROPER UNPACKAGING DAMAGE!

Cancellation Policy

Customers are free to cancel their order at any time prior to the build, with no penalty of any kind. Please be aware that once the build begins, we will not be able to provide any refunds, so make sure you are 100% sure of your order upon submission. Please email info@psyacoustics.com or call customer service at (442) 444-1041 and have your name, order number and the date of the order ready. We’ll take care of it right away.

Warranty

All of our products are made to last for a lifetime if they are not exposed to moisture or direct sunlight (which will make the prints fade over time). We will not replace any products that have been damaged by the elements. We do however, offer a 1 year warranty on all LED systems.
